ℹ️ What You Need to Know
💵 Plan Your Payments Ahead
- Cash withdrawals and card payments in Bulgarian leva will be available until 10:30 PM on 31 December.
- Transfers to cards via e-Postbank and m-Postbank can be made until 12:00 PM on 30 December.
- ✔️ Make sure you have sufficient cash and card balances for the holiday period.
🏦 Deposit Your Savings
- Consider depositing your cash savings into your bank account in advance.
- 🔄 All funds in accounts will be automatically and free of charge converted into euro on 1 January.
⚙️ Planned System Updates
- Between 30 December and 2 January, Postbank will carry out planned technical system adjustments related to the euro migration.
- ⏳ During this period, some services may have limited availability.
💶 From 1 January: Transactions in Euro
- From 1:00 AM on 1 January, cash withdrawals and card payments will be processed only in euro.
- 🪙 Cash payments with leva banknotes and coins will remain possible throughout the entire month of January.
📲 Digital & Contactless Payments
- Contactless payments via ONE wallet (Android), Apple Pay, and Garmin Pay will remain available during the holiday period.
- ⏱️ A short interruption is expected between 10:30 PM on 31 December and 1:00 AM on 1 January.
