4th Premier Gastronomy Festival  will take place from 6th until 22nd November 2015

Like every November and for the fourth consecutive year, at Premier Luxury Mountain Resort 5* Hotel in Bansko the high culinary art is praised!

Internationally acclaimed chefs, such as Gianfranco Chiarini, Epifanios, Polychronis Damalas, Stamatis Tsilias & Petar Yorgov will travel guests to unique culinary tastes that unify tradition with modernity.

Starting from the mysterious Mt Athos to novelty Japan, continuing to the Haute Italian cuisine and then to the Bulgarian classics, this scrumptious journey will culminate in the only city that connects two continents, the tasty Constantinople (Istanbul) heaven.

Gourmet dinners combined with exquisite wines from Bibendum and Domaine Boyar, along with wine tastings by highly acclaimed sommeliers, such as Dimitar Nikolov and Kristina Ivanova, will take everyone on a journey through flavours and tastes.

This year in  cooperation again with Gastronomy Essentials Ltd high-level training programs for the Tourism industry will be  organized.
