THE NEW WOLF THEISS ARBITRATION SOFTWARE-A PIECE OF CAKE: On May 15, at 10 am, share a piece of original Sacher cake made by the head of the Wolf Theiss arbitration team, a cup of coffee and an introduction to the innovative new Wolf Theiss Guide to International Arbitration. The aim of this new program is to assist in-house counsels in their work. The Software consists of general and country-specific arbitration information and an arbitration clause check. A set of questions regarding the arbitration agreement and the answers are customized according to the particular situation of each individual company.
