With this solution the company will have a fast and efficient access to the information on all of its activities throughout the years in all of its agencies in the country. The information system of the company was integrated with the accounting system – “Ajur” – on the basis of a model, suitable for calculations which are typical for the insurance business. A connector for “Ajur” was developed for this purpose. This makes it possible to quickly and easily synthesize relevant information about the claims ratio, portfolio characteristics, premiums received, comparisons to previous years, insurance reserves, operating costs etc. The project continues and the second phase will complete the entire platform to facilitate and optimize the company’s performance in preparing and submitting detailed reports to state insurance institutions and interested third parties.
