Bulgarian consulting company Balkan Services attended the conference of Microsoft Days 2011, which took place on 30th and 31st March in Sofia, Arena Mladost Cinema. Company Business Development Manager Christina Dimitrova gave a talk at the event.
The company presented its knowhow in the field of implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as its experience in the area of corporate mobile solutions in Retail sector. Balkan Services introduced the first mobile CRM solution integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Together with traditional functions of CRM systems for managing relations with customers the solution offers the ability of employees to work on the move, allowing independent access to the database of customers information about their previous and new orders.
