Bulgarian bank customers voted Postbank “Bank of the Client” at the annual Bank of the Year awards organized by the Bank of the Year Association. Postbank Executive Director Asen Yagodin accepted the accolade at the official award ceremony.
“Bank of the Client” is the only award within the competition that solely reflects the customers’ opinion. The award is granted to the bank that has received the most votes in an extensive online poll that gives banking clients the opportunity to vote for their preferred financial institution. Postbank received the largest number of cast votes among the leading banks in Bulgaria. Key factors for Postbank’s win are the flexibility and variety of products, employee expertise, the bank’s extensive branch network, and the well-established partnership between the bank and its clients. This is Postbank’s second time as the recipient of the “Bank of the Client” award.
“The award is recognition for our entire team and most of all, for those colleagues that work with clients on a daily basis and are the face of our bank. The relationships with clients are a top priority for every bank – it is important for us to justify people’s confidence in us. This award is a great honor, as well as a great responsibility. We will continue to show the care for our clients in everything we do,” Asen Yagodin said.
Earlier this year, Postbank was announced “Most Dynamically Developing Bank in 2009,” at the Pari Daily’s “Annual Bank Awards”. The bank was also distinguished as the “Fastest Developing Bank in 2009” at the “Banks, Investment, Money” expo, and took the “Financial Product of the Year” award for its “SpestInvest” savings product.
