Bulgarian water utility ViK Kardzhali said on Friday that it has launched a tender for a contract for the reconstruction of parts of Kardzhali’s sewage network, worth an estimated 10.4 million levs ($5.8 million/5.3 million euro).The project benefits from EU funding under Operational Programme Environment 2014-2020, the water utility company said in a tender notice. The deadline for submitting offers is May 21.Bids for the contract will be ranked based on price, with 40% weight, and technical criteria.
