Bulgaria’s retail sales at constant prices fell 12.2% year-on-year in August after decreasing by an annual 17.5% in the previous month, the country’s statistical office, NSI, said on Friday, citing preliminary working-day adjusted data.
On a seasonally-adjusted monthly comparison basis, retail trade turnover at constant prices rose 2.6% in August following a 2.0% increase in July, the NSI said in a statement.
