Investors from all over the world will take part to the opening of the NEW INDUSTRIAL ZONE OF PERNIK MUNICIPALITY. The project will be presented by Mrs. Rositsa Janakieva – Mayor of the Municipality on the 10th of June 2010 (Thursday) at 7:00 p.m. in Grand-hotel Sofia (1, Gurko Str.).
This large-scale project that is, in close proximity to the capital, aims a revival of the industrial terrains in the Municipality and development of modern industrial park, ensuring effective and sustainable business environment.
The zone will develop environmental-friendly high-tech productions by promoting entrepreneurship. The industrial park will offer legally protected investments, more freedom for users, facilitated regime of property right provision and opportunity for administrative servicing.
„The investors will implement their business intentions with less effort, resources and time” announces Ivan Iskrenov, Director of “Economic Development, Property Management and European Projects” Directorate in Pernik Municipality.
Currently the area of Industrial Zone Pernik is 350 dca. with possibility to be expanded up to 1 000 dca. in the close future. The terrains are located on the crossroad of two European transport corridors in close proximity to Sofia City.
