The consulting company Balkan Services (http://www.balkanservices.com/) completed the implementation of Atlantis ERP system in the first Bulgarian store of the British chain for clothes and accessories Debenhams. The store is located in the recently opened Bulgaria Mall and offers diverse range of products from different brands to its customers.

The implemented and maintained by Balkan Services Atlantis ERP system completely answers the high criteria of the chain. The system automatically carries out the integration of large amounts of data on different products, pricing, packaging, codes, etc. delivered from Debenhams UK to the office in Bulgaria. Atlantis ERP supports all commercial pricing policies and promotions offered by the store (Multi purchase offers) such as Buy one get one at half price, Buy 3 Pay for 2. It also supports loyalty cards and vouchers for discounts. Implementation of the Atlantis ERP had also been planned in Croatia and Serbia.

Besides the implantation of the Atlantis ERP, Balkan Services was engaged also with the system integration of the store, located on three floors. It included a complete IT infrastructure set-up: from the server to the wireless access points covering an area of 2 800 square meters. To facilitate the shopping experience for both customers and staff, Touchscreen POS devices were installed at the pay desks making the selling process a really enjoyable experience.

“Despite the short term and all the special promotions, price reductions and loyalty programs, Balkan Services completed the project on schedule and within the specified budget. The system works without a hitch and the store is quickly gaining popularity on the Bulgarian market” said Mr. Roy Campbell, Debenhams Bulgaria, Croatia & Serbia.
