Deloitte Bulgaria is a partner of Pari newspaper in organizing the 3rd annual Next Generation competition. Deloitte supports the contest for young managers and entrepreneurs by developing the methodology for evaluation. The participants are required to be under the age of 35, to have at least two years of experience at management position, and to have strong managing skills and inspiring leadership potential.
