The first mobile CRM (Customers Relationship Management) solution to work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM for mobile phones was implemented at Walmark nutritional supplements and health products company by Bulgarian consultancy Balkan Services. The product is first of a kind mobile business application, adapted to work with the newest intuitive touch-screen mobile phones interface. Together with the traditional functions of the CRM systems for managing the relations with customers, the application adds the possibility to work on the move by accessing the customers database from anywhere together with the information on their previous and new orders. It increases the effectiveness of sales representatives who can now take orders while they are visiting a client during a business trip, a seminar, a conference or just during a traffic jam on the way to the office.
The project was competed at the end of December and the Walmark team started using the system since Jan 1st, 2011. It includes the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system implementation together with the mobile CRM solution.
