GLOBUL and GERMANOS announce the start of their joint Traineeship Program in which some 50 students from Bulgarian and foreign universities will have the chance to participate. The Traineeship Program is held for a ninth consecutive year with the aim to provide students with the opportunity to gain practical experience in real business environment and to guide them in their future career.
The application period will start during the National Career Days Forum which will be held on March 13 and 14, 2012 at the Sofia’s Arena Armeets Sports Hall. At the event, students may explore the opportunities provided by GLOBUL & GERMANOS Traineeship Program, as well as directly apply for a selected position.
GLOBUL and GERMANOS will welcome trainees in ten company’s divisions – Finance, Human Resources and Administration, Legal and Regulatory, Customer Service, Marketing and Communications, Procurement and Logistics, IT, Telecommunications, Radio and Transmission, Network Implementation.
Traditionally the program offers a summer paid traineeship which starts in July and continues for a period of four to six weeks. Apart from acquiring practical skills in various company’s divisions and departments, the trainees will also have the opportunity to participate in a special induction program and to develop individual projects with the support of a personal tutor.
The most successful trainees may be offered a job or have their apprenticeship extended. So far, more than 200 students took part the GLOBUL and GERMANOS Traineeship Program and about one third of them later joined one of the two companies as employees.
