Thus, their two teams shared the first place in this category. Besides winning GLOBUL Move SE smartphones, the four students of the Technical University will have the opportunity to become GLOBUL trainees and to be involved in the implementation of their projects.

The team of Gergana Kakrinska, Nikolay Nedkov, Petar Georgiev and Sasho Hadzhiev ranked second in the same category and won GLOBUL GoWeb 500 prepaid data packs. Velin Koychev, Bilyana Dakova and Anton Mihaylov won the first place in the other category under the headline The Phone Creates/ Saves and received GLOBUL Move SE smartphones.

It is a pleasure for me to see so many young people who have creative and yet applicable proposals on how to use new technologies for the benefit of business and the environment at the same time. I am happy to announce that we decided to implement most of these young people’s ideas for improving the energy efficiency of our stores as part of a pilot project which I believe will be very successful, GLOBUL Corporate Affairs Director Mr Yassen Guev said.

GLOBUL’s participation in the Green Future forum is a step further in the company’s long-term cooperation with the Technical University of Sofia and the university’s career centre, and also a part of its support for young talents and the GLOBUL Green environmental sustainability strategy. The green event was held for the first time and its aim was to promote technologies that help protect the environment and enhance quality of life.
