GLOBUL launches a unique campaign which gives everyone a chance to participate in the making of a film production directed by Asger Leth (Man on a Ledge, Ghosts of Cite Soleil). The Move On campaign is created thanks to the cooperation between Deutsche Telekom and COSMOTE Group. The project will take place in eleven European countries – Austria, Albania, Bulgaria, Germany, Macedonia, Slovakia, Hungary, Netherlands, Croatia, Montenegro and Czech Republic.
The Move On campaign allows consumers to participate in the making of a road movie through Europe. Everyone may contribute to the project by sharing their own ideas, photos or videos. European consumers will have the chance to give their suggestions on the story development, the music, the actors’ costumes, the shooting venues, etc. All proposals submitted by users will be evaluated by the film crew, and the best ideas will be included in the script.
In Bulgaria, everyone interested to join Move On may share their ideas on the campaign’s website www.move-on-film.bg. By the end of June, Bulgarian consumers will have the chance to participate in the audition for a supporting role in the movie. By the end of August, users will be allowed to upload their suggestions as photos, short texts, music or videos. GLOBUL will present the three participants whose proposals are the most popular on the website with a special award. The winners will attend the Move On film making in Germany at the end of August. Smartphone users may also share their ideas via a specially developed Move On application.
The communication campaign within the project aims to promote the quality of GLOBUL 3G network and the operator’s offers for new products and popular subscription plans with unlimited mobile internet traffic and attractive airtime bundles. The campaign uses new, emotional approach to consumers, giving them the chance to share their favorite moments, feelings and ideas, thus participating in an exclusive film production.
Move On will be the first feature film, created by viewers. Writer of the screenplay is the talented Matt Greenhalgh (Control), while the leading male role is trusted to the Danish actor Mads Mikkelsen, who is well- known for his roles in Casino Royal, King Arthur, The Three Musketeers, Clash of the Titans, etc. Mikkelsen won the gold award for best actor of the 65th Cannes International Film Festival.
