GLOBUL iPay, the first of its kind electronic wallet service in Bulgaria, reached 25,000 clients just two months after its launch in late October and the special free application iPay Mobile for Android-powered smartphones is now available for download at Google Play.

The GLOBUL iPay electronic wallet service, developed in co-operation with Intercard Finance AD, is an innovative payment tool that may be used for paying goods and services in all MasterCardTM-marked POS worldwide, for paying utility bills, for online shopping, cash withdrawals at ATMs and for fast and secure money transfers between users. GLOBUL iPay service users have full access and total control over their funds 24/7 via their co-branded GLOBUL iPay MasterCardТМ or through their mobile phones via SMS or the special mobile application iPay Mobile, now available for both Android and iOS, as well as online via the users’ personal page at www.ipay.bg.
In order to use the GLOBUL iPay clients must visit any of the marked GLOBUL or GERMANOS shops and file a request for activating their electronic wallet service and their co-branded GLOBUL iPay MasterCardТМ. There are no credit rating checks and preliminary approval process. Users will get their new co-branded GLOBUL iPay MasterCardТМ within five business days at the shop they had applied.
The GLOBUL iPay electronic wallet service is not only easy and safe but it is also quite affordable: there are no monthly or annual maintenance fees, no fees for purchasing goods and services online or at a shop, no fees for collecting money transfers. The fee for user-to-user money transfer is just 20 stotinki, regardless of the amount sent.
