Sofia, May 27, 2010 г. – The new TOGETHER Оnline Retention service allows GLOBUL subscribers to renew their contract at time of their convenience directly over the Internet. GLOBUL is the first Bulgaria’s operator to offer such service to its customers.
The TOGETHER Online retention service is available at the company’s web portal MyGLOBUL (http://my.globul.bg) to all GLOBUL residential subscribers whose contract is about to expire soon and have registered with the respective mobile number in the web portal.
The service gives clients detailed information on their individual offer from GLOBUL’s TOGETHER retention program, allows them to select the most suitablle tariff plan and term of the contract for them and to renew their subscription online.
If clients have individual retention offers with proposal for purchase of handsets at preferential prices they can browse through all available handset models and order them for delivery to a user-specified address. The delivery is free of charge and the client will pay the handset price upon receiving.
GLOBUL’s TOGETHER Retention Program is aimed at the operator’s loyal customers and provides them with preferential conditions at subscription contract renewal. Every GLOBUL residential subscriber of over a year whose contract is about to expire soon can take advantage of the TOGETHER Retention Program special offers.
