GLOBUL and GERMANOS opened their joint Traineeship Program 2010 with an official ceremony at the operator’s headquarters.
For a seventh consecutive year GLOBUL gives students from various universities the opportunity to test & improve their skills in real business environment and enrich their knowledge and experience.
This year, GLOBUL and GERMANOS welcome 45 trainees in 12 divisions – Human Resources and Administration, Corporate Affairs, Advertising & Communication, Procurement, Finance, Radio & Transmission, Switching & Services, Network Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Network Service Management and Planning, Customer Service and Sales Administration.
GLOBUL scholars and students from leading Bulgarian and foreign universities will participate in the one-month traineeship program. Each of them will attend an induction program that will introduce them to the company’s history, business and structure, as well as a presentation skills training. Each participant has an individual program to develop a personal project under the guidance of a tutor in order to acquire practical skills and knowledge.
All of us at GLOBUL and GERMANOS wish to contribute to the development of talented and bright young people in the coutry by giving them the opportunity of a professional start before their graduation. We believe that they will be able to decide on their particular field of career interest and will see how to make use of university knowledge in practice, GLOBUL HR & Administration Director Mr. Boris Tachev said in his welcome speech.
Actor Darin Angelov, Askeer Award winner and face of GERMANOS advertising campaign, was the symbolic host of the Traineeship Program 2010 opening ceremony.
