GLOBUL will organize a safe driving training featuring Krum Donchev and GLOBUL Rally Team, which will be held at a track near Sapareva Banya on November 17, 2012.
During the training, rally fans, journalists and GLOBUL and GERMANOS employees will take driving lessons. The participants will have the chance to drive together with Krum Donchev who will show them useful techniques for safe driving in extreme situations or in case of unexpected emergencies on the road. In addition to the practical driving course, the training will also include instructions on safe driving. At the event, everyone will have the chance to meet Krum Donchev in person, get autographs and learn interesting facts about rally sport.
The names of the fans who will take the safe driving lessons were drawn out of all registered users in the How good a driver are you? online quiz held on GLOBUL Facebook fan page in July-August, 2012. Moreover, the two winners in the contest for GLOBUL Rally Team photo or slogan who were selected in the respective categories – Photo and Text – will also attend the training.
The safe driving training featuring Krum Donchev will be held within GLOBUL Drive Safely! Use hands-free! long-term initiative. The reigning Bulgarian rally champion is the official ambassador of the campaign aimed at encouraging responsible use of mobile phones behind the wheel and promoting road safety in the country. The partnership between GLOBUL and Krum Donchev’s team dates back to 2008 and since then the popular rally driver had participated in operator’s commercial and social campaigns.
