GLOBUL is the first operator on the Bulgarian market to offer its corporate clients its new GO!Enterprise Office service which provides fast and reliable mobile access to corporate information via smartphone or tablet.
Users of the new service will have direct access to their corporate email accounts through a mobile application and may easily synchronize their contacts, tasks and notes. The application also provides access to the company’s intranet files and folders from any mobile device. Moreover, users of GO!Enterprise Office may benefit from the embedded business social network which allows for collaboration and exchange of information among company’s teams.
GO!Enterprise Office ensures high level of security and confidentiality as the corporate data is accessible only through the app after entering personal password. Clients may also control the employees’ access to specific corporate information.
GO!Enterprise Office service is available to all companies that have MS Exchange or IBM Lotus Domino server, and to iOS, Android or Windows Phone mobile devices. Clients may download the GO!Enterprise Server software from GLOBUL website and install it on their corporate email server. End users should have the GO!Enterprise app installed on their mobile devices as well. The application is available for free in the respective application store. In order to activate Go!Enterprise Office, corporate clients should contact their GLOBUL consultant and specify the mobile numbers of all employees who will use the service.
GLOBUL offers GO!Enterprise Office at a promotional monthly fee of BGN 6 (VAT exclusive) for all clients who activate the service by September 30, 2012. Upon client’s request, GLOBUL also provides additional services such as installation and configuration of GO!Enterprise Server, technical support, training of administrators and maintenance of company’s file system.
