As of March 7, GLOBUL corporate clients can enjoy new online services which provide them with 24-hour access to detailed information and an opportunity to manage the telecommunication services they use directly via MyGLOBUL internet portal (http://my.globul.bg). Thus, the company sustains its leadership position in the online services’ field.
The updated E-Request service allows GLOBUL business clients to change their subscription programs online, to activate and deactivate the Roaming service and add minute, MB, SMS or MMS bundles. In case of lost or stolen SIM card, corporate clients can activate or deactivate the respective number and submit a request for the card’s replacement at any moment using their profile in the MyGLOBUL web portal.
With the E-Invoice service, corporate clients have easy and fast access to detailed data for their telecom services usage and costs. Moreover, they can replace their printed invoice with its electronic version E-Invoice Original which fully complies with the accounting and auditing regulations.
Online, GLOBUL business subscribers can monitor their current bill and check the status of the minutes, MB, SMS or MMS bundles for each of their phone numbers in real time. In MyGLOBUL internet portal, they have the opportunity to change the recipient name and billing address, to check the current status and activate or deactivate additional services such as GPRS roaming limit, CLIR and analytical bill, and to check the PUK code for each of their SIM-cards.
Thanks to the recently launched Online Payment service, GLOBUL business subscribers have the opportunity to pay their monthly bills to the operator via the MyGLOBUL internet portal. Thus, they can cover due amounts and make advance payments with their bank cards.
