Sigma Bulgaria JSC was founded in 2005 and is a member of Saracakis Group of Companies
Saracakis Group of companies was established in 1922 in Greece. Today the Group consists of 11 different companies with approx. 500 employees and a turnover of more than 110 million euros in 2013.

Since 2007, Sigma Bulgaria JSC has been a dealer of Volvo Construction Equipment in Bulgaria offering a full range of machines, after sales and service all over the country. All Volvo construction equipment are guided by the core values of quality, safety and customer orientation. Alike Sigma’s strategy is to offer and reflect in the Bulgarian market the same principles and values.

Our company’s headquarters are located in Sofia. Through our service, warehouse and trade center in Varna, our office in Burgas and 6 fully equipped Mobile Service Units, Sigma serves directly the whole Bulgarian territory.
In 2016 Sigma has moved to new HQs at Sofia, which are located at Okolovresten Put 35. This new position offers great accessibility and visibility.

The new joint facilities have a much bigger warehouse of 350 m2. At the same time will combine all services of Sigma, offices / warehouse / service point, and will optimize Sigma’s processes towards its service oriented strategy.
