Christmas tree lights, jingling bells… and our Chefs cooking up an extraordinary delicious dinner from the festive a la carte menu, created by Executive Chef Jean-Hubert Garnier – escalope of sautéed duck liver with caramelized apples, “Kapama Koleda” – authentic Bulgarian Christmas fare of rabbit, wild boar and smoked sausage as well as “Fortune Banitza”, all complimented by the most sparkling atmosphere in Sofia.
