Behar, who is the CEO of the public relations company M3 Communications Group, Inc., is the only Bulgarian on the committee to prepare the 2011 edition of the World Forum for Communication Top-Managers entitled “Communication on Top.” The first edition of the world PR forum took place in February 2010, in the Swiss mountain resort Davos immediately after the end of the World Economic Forum, with Maxim Behar being the only lecturer not only from Bulgaria but also from Central and Eastern Europe. The second edition of the World Forum for Communication Top-Managers in Davos is to take place on February 16-18, 2011, bringing together top PR managers from around the world.
