In September the 22nd World Travel Awards once again honoured Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko as “Bulgaria’s Leading Spa Resort”. The online votes were cast by professionals working within the tourism industry and the public on the organisation’s official website.
The hotel is now an eight-time winner of the coveted award, adding it to its growing list of international trophies. Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko received its first award in the aforementioned category in 2005 followed by 2007, 2008 and 2009, as well as in the past three consecutive years.
