The New Managers Programme is a series of 3 modules on key topics for professional development of successful managers. It starts on 29 – 30 March 2021.
The first module focuses on the fundamentals of management functions and skills. It is meant to help you understand and enhance essential skills and behaviors such as being a good role model, prioritising, taking decisions, etc.
In the second module the impact we have on others is in the spotlight. How change invariably generates a range of responses in the people we manage and how to help them re-engage are the main topics discussed.
The last module is dedicated to business effectiveness and examines the link between individual performance and business contribution. Furthermore, tips on trends in people management and how to create a workplace that is open to innovation are given.
