More than 1,500 students applied for a total of 52 vacant positions within GLOBUL and GERMANOS Traineeship Program 2011.
The second joint and the operator’s eighth Traineeship Program attracted record-high interest and only for a week after its opening over 500 students expressed willingness to participate in it. This year the traineeship positions are 20% more compared to 2010 and are distributed among 15 GLOBUL and GERMANOS divisions.
The selection process has already started and will go through several stages consisting of tests, logical tasks and interviews. Candidates’ success will depend on the knowledge and skills they demonstrate, as well as on their motivation and wish for professional development.
All approved candidates will be informed personally by June 15 and the internships start in July. Trainees will have the opportunity to acquire practical skills in real work environment, to participate in a special induction program and to develop practical projects with the support of a personal tutor. The most successful trainees may be offered job or have their apprenticeship extended.
