Pedersen & Partners, a leading international Executive Search firm, has opened a new office in Mumbai, less than a year following the opening of the New Delhi office. Suvra Sen has been appointed as Head of the Mumbai office.
The firm has also grown the strength of its New Delhi team and has attracted Puneet Rampal as Senior Consultant.

Suvra Sen started her career in the Executive Search in 2001 specialising in CxO level searches and has successfully completed assignments in Real Estate and Technology sectors among others. Most recently, she has handled Business Development and Execution for a good number of C level searches at another reputed Executive Search firm. She was recognised as a top-performing Consultant for two consecutive years at her previous employer. Before joining the Executive Search industry, Ms Sen worked in the academic field, and has 17 years in teaching and management assignments, having reached the position of Vice Principal of a reputed school in India.
Puneet Rampal has more than a decade and a half of management experience in leading multinational organizations such as Moet Hennessy, for which he set up operations in South India from scratch and later was responsible for the operations in North and East India. He began his career at the Taj Group of Hotels. For the past five years, Mr Rampal has been working in the Executive Search and Recruitment industry, first as Director of Marketing & Sales at New Zealand headquartered Recruitment Solutions company, and most recently in an Asian Executive Search firm covering the consumer, real estate and manufacturing sectors.
