In line with its long term commitment to supporting social causes, Postbank donated 150 PC monitors to social and educational centers and organizations in Bulgaria. The equipment was donated to Fortuna Foundation, Physics and Biophysics Department of the Medical University in Sofia, Delfini Transitional House, providing social services for the community, Kniaz Boris I Social Educational and Professional Center, 23rd Secondary School in Sofia and the National School of Folk Arts in Shiroka Laka.

Every year Postbank implements a series of projects in support of society. In December the Bank assisted the organization of a special Christmas Faery concert in Sofia along with a retro-tram with presents for the kids making tours in downtown Sofia.

Among the most serious long term social programs of the financial institution is High Start with Postbank, in support of secondary education. The Bank traditionally partners with organizations working with children with disabilities who produce handmade Christmas cards and Martenitsas. In 2012 Postbank officially joined the fight against human trafficking by becoming a partner of the National Commission for Combating Trafficking of Human Beings through the implementation of the international initiative for raising awareness and prevention of the problem – The NO Project. As part of the project a series of youth educational seminars were held in Sofia, as well as three exhibitions in the capital and in Blagoevgrad.
