Postbank reduces the interest rate for existing mortgage loans

Postbank took decision to reduce the Base Interest Rate (BIR) for existing mortgage loans in BGN, EUR and CHF with 0,25%. The change becomes effective as of October 1st, 2012 and will lead to decrease in the amount of the monthly installments on signed mortgage loan contracts. The first decreased monthly installment will take effect as of the respective due date for each client in November 2012.

The clients are kindly invited to visit their servicing Postbank branch to receive information on the changed amount of monthly installments and the new payment plan.
