During the Christmas and New Year holidays Postbank will ensure again its Monitoring Center working twenty-four-hours to observe the normal functioning of the Bank’s ATMs at the end of the year when increased transactions are expected. The Center will also watch for incidents or problems with the servicing of transactions made from the financial institution’s ATMs.
Cardholders of Postbank can count on twenty-four-hour support at 080018000 (toll free for calls within the country).
Postbank branches will work with clients from 8.30 a.m. to 17.00 p.m. on all official working days and on December 28th from 8.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.
