The Bank Has Designed the Special Alpha Housing Loan “At Home” Offer for its 20th Anniversary in Bulgaria
Alpha Bank has presented new promotional terms for its Alpha housing loan “At Home” offered in BGN and EUR. All clients applying until June 16th 2015 will receive special presents alongside the loan on the occasion of the bank’s 20th anniversary in Bulgaria – free insurance of their home for a period of 2 years and 500 BGN for furniture shopping at IKEA.
The promotional terms are valid for loans aimed at purchasing or building of a house, as well as for refinancing of existing housing loans. If choosing the loan for refinancing purposes, clients can take advantage of additional funds for covering costs associated with the refinancing equal to 1.7% from the credit exposure. Furthermore, the bank is removing the application and approval fees, as well as the prepayment fees.
Housing loan “At Home” offers interest rate levels starting from 3М SOFIBOR + 4.85% for loans in BGN. In cases of payroll and additional services from Alpha Bank, clients receive preferential interest rates.
