On June 9-10, Blanchard International Bulgaria in collaboration with HBCB organized training in Situational Leadership®II (SLII®). Facilitator was Mr. Spiros Paolinelis, Master Trainer, Blanchard International Group Hellas. Managers from Dromeas, Eko Bulgaria, Intracom, Marsh, Postbank, and Zlatna Panega Cement took part in the training and got the opportunity to develop their managerial and leadership potential. Participants practiced their skills in exercises, case studies and role plays. Each one learned how to select the most appropriate leadership style that matches the needs of the staff and the organization.
