ICAP Bulgaria is the official representative for the trainings of Huthwaite International – a UK based sales research and training company specializing in research and trainings in the area of sales skills, negotiation and communication skills.

ICAP organizes a SPIN Selling Skills training on 23-24 June in Sofia. In case your company needs a proven B2B consultative sales skills model for your sales people we will be able to present  9 sales skills. These 9 skills came as a result of listening and analyzing the verbal behaviors of real sales calls (initially 6 000 B2B sales calls). The SPIN Selling Skills model was “born” as a result of that extensive research. During this two day course we will not be talking about unproven theories in area of sales but proven practices taken from real life sales experience. At the moment the “data bank” of Huthwaite International contains information about successful behaviors in more than 40 000 real sales, negotiation and customer services interactions.
