Summer Grill Flavours at Hilton Sofia

Hilton Sofia welcomes its guests to enjoy the new Grill menu offered at the Restaurant & Bar terraces every evening, as of 19:00.

The summer Grill concept has been created by Executive Chef, Jean-Hubert Garnier, and reflects his rich culinary experience from around the world.

Guests are invited to select appetizers from the trolley and then make up their mind for prime meat or succulent fish.

Some of the signature items are shrimp tails on bamboo skewer, parrillada mista of salmon, turbot, sea bass, shrimps and calamari, mignons of Argentinean beef tenderloin, mix grill of beef fillet, pork rib, turkey Souvlaki and lamb kiofte, Gardener’s mix grill of asparagus, eggplant, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes & mushrooms.

All main dishes are served with garnishes such as button mushrooms, ribbons of zucchini, baby potatoes with bay leaves on a skewer and bell peppers filled with Feta cheese, chilli flakes and oregano. The condiments feature various flavours – from Blueberry mustard to Indonesian peanut sauce and Mexican Esmeralda salsa.

The special grill offer includes appetizer from the trolley and turkey Souvlaki with zucchini and yoghurt & garlic dip – for only EUR 15.00 (incl. all taxes).

The Hilton Sofia terraces offer the first choice in practically any outdoor occasion including garden parties, receptions and barbeque dinners. Special pricing is available and guests can choose from a variety of meats and side orders to suit their own unique tastes and budget.
