The 3rd Premier Gastronomy Festival in Bansko will be full of surprises for the professionals this year!
Premier Luxury Mountain Resort and Gastronomy Essentials Ltd will be organizing for the first time in Bulgaria training seminars for professionals.
The highly acclaimed pastry chef and official demonstrator of Valrhona, Dimitris Chronopoulos, will present the secrets of chocolate, sharing his secrets and expertise. From 26 until 28 November (3 days, 18 hours in total), he will give a seminar on All about chocolate. Make sure you learn everything about chocolate!
The seminars will be in English and the themes he will be covering are: mignardise, bon-bon, pre-desserts, desserts for buffet & pastry shop items, a la carte desserts.
