The new GLOBUL Garant service allows users to avoid unpaid monthly bills to the operator in case of adverse life situations. The service is unique for the Bulgarian market.
GLOBUL Garant allows clients to continue using the mobile and fixed services even when they are unable to pay their monthly bills due to sickness, accidents, unemployment and prolonged hospital stay and guarantees payment of up to 12 monthly bills. GLOBUL Garant users are protected from fraudulent use of a stolen SIM-card as well.
Users of the GLOBUL Garant service offers financial cover of a certain amount of average monthly bills to the operator with a maximum amount of up to BGN 100 each. The number of guaranteed monthly bills depends on the covered events with a maximum total amount of BGN 1,200.
In case of unauthorized usage of a stolen SIM-card, the service gurantees payment of up to BGN 100 for all calls made within 24 hours after theft and before GLOBUL is notified to block the SIM-card.
The GLOBUL Garant service is valid for new and existing residential subscribers at a monthly fee of BGN 2.50 per SIM-card which is paid with the monthly bill. GLOBUL clients may activate the service on up to three SIM-cards. The service is available at all GLOBUL and GERMANOS shops.
