Tishman International Companies, a global commercial real estate investment, development and management firm with operations throughout Europe, has again introduced a new modern concept for its tenants and now has a dance and aerobics studio onsite at the Logistics Center at Sofia Airport Center (SAC), announced Alan D. Levy, Tishman International’s chairman.
“We are proud of our dynamic onsite team of property management and leasing professionals who continue to lead the country in introducing and importing unique Western ideas and concepts to SAC,” said Mr. Levy. Sofia Airport Center has been a leader in providing innovative leasing incentives to its tenants, some of which are believed to be the first of their kind in Eastern Europe, including complimentary full-furnished, architecturally-designed employee multipurpose areas, which can be used for training classes, special events and pure relaxation.
The new dance and aerobics studio is fully equipped and offers a variety of after-work classes, including zumba, tae-bo, yoga and Bulgarian national dances, for a nominal fee of 5 Leva per session, or about $3 US. “Classes are open to employees from throughout the business community, as well as SAC tenants,” said Malinka Marinkina, property manager, adding that “parking is also available for the convenience of SAC visitors attending classes”. Most classes begin at 6:15 pm following a standard work day and allowing employees to avoid rush-hour traffic.
