Nearly 80 students majoring in Communication Engineering and Technologies at Varna Technical University visited GLOBUL Network Management Center in the city during the last few days and examined the actual operation of modern mobile networks.
The visits aimed at improving the third and fourth year students’ training and knowledge in Telecommunication Networks and Switching and Multiplexing in Communications.
GLOBUL Head of Base Station Maintenance- East, Ivan Yordanov and other experts from the company welcomed the future professionals with a presentation explaining the implementation and operation of the mobile network. Students then had the chance to get a first-hand look at the technical equipment in the Center, to examine its work in real time and to ask questions.
This is the second course of student visits at the GLOBUL Network Management Center in Varna from the beginning of the year since in February the Naval Academy Nikola Vaptsarov graduates also had this opportunity.
