We would like to kindly invite you to take part in the second edition of the project of Gugushev & Partners Law Office – “The Business Asks”.
After the great success of the first edition where the guest speaker was Major General Prof. Dr. Ventsislav Mutafchiiski, MD, FACS, we are pleased to host a second webinar – this time on a very current topic, as well – “Balance of between the Parliament, the Government, and the President in the Process of Leadership Transition” with guest lecturer Assoc. Prof. Dr. Martin Belov. The webinar will take place on April 27, 2021 (Tuesday) from 15:00. In this webinar, you will have the opportunity to learn more about key questions of great significance for civil society. Some of the topics to be discussed are the functional principles of the government; the role of the government during a political crisis; what would happen if we introduce remote voting; the nature and differences between а regular government, а caretaker government, and а resigned government.
We firmly believe that as business representatives, you are aware of your role and acknowledge your responsibilities as citizens and public figures with authority and positive impact.
The webinar will be structured as follows: a presentation by the guest speaker, answers to pre-selected questions of the participants presented by the moderator, and a Q&A session. The discussion will be moderated by Mr. Victor Gugushev – Partner at Gugushev & Partners Law Office. The webinar will be held in Bulgarian language. The participation is free of charge with required pre-registration. The places are limited and the registration will be closed upon reaching its limit.
