Bulgaria’s 11-mo new passenger car registrations down 36% y/y – ACEA

New passenger car registrations in Bulgaria decreased by 36.4% year-on-year to 20,661 in the eleven months through November, the European Automobile Manufacturers Association, ACEA, said on Thursday, citing provisional figures.In November alone, new passenger car registrations in Bulgaria declined by an annual 45.2% to 1,544, ACEA said in a press release.New passenger car registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, fell by 25.5% on the year to 8.9 million in the January-November period.In EU12, which encompasses member states that have joined the EU since 2004, new passenger car registrations in the first eleven months of 2020 were 24.6% lower year-on-year at some 1 million.
