GLOBUL and GERMANOS launch their joint Traineeship Program 2012 which is held for a ninth year in a row. The program was opened today with an official ceremony at Arena Mladost Cinema Hall in Sofia.
Some 53 students from leading Bulgarian universities will participate in this year’s program. Most of the interns study in Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Technical University – Sofia, University of National and World Economy, New Bulgarian University, American University in Bulgaria, etc.
During the internship, students will have the opportunity to spend four to six weeks in a total of 17 GLOBUL and GERMANOS divisions, among which are Customer Service, Process Management, Finance, Human Resources and Administration, Network Service Management and Planning, Network Implementation, Radio & Transmission, Operations and Maintenance, Advertising & Communication, Products & Services, etc.
The Traineeship Program includes induction training which aims to provide information about the company’s history and structure, and its corporate culture, mission and values. The participants in the program will undergo presentation skills training, and will also have the opportunity to develop a project under the guidance of a personal tutor in order to demonstrate the practical skills they acquired during the internship.

The popular Bulgarian motorcyclist and GLOBUL Racing Team rider Martin Choy was among the official guests of the event. He gave young people useful advices and wished them luck in their future career.
So far more than 250 students from Bulgarian and foreign universities took part in the Traineeship Program, as one third of the trainees later joined GLOBUL and GERMANOS team.
