GLOBUL introduces new and lower roaming prices for calls within the European Union as of July 1, 2010. GLOBUL subscribers will pay BGN 0.914 per minute for outgoing calls, and incoming calls will be charged at BGN 0.351 per minute.

The new roaming prices follow the EU roaming regulation requirements and are valid for all GLOBUL subscribers in the EU countries as well as in Norway, Island and Lichtenstein. As before, all GLOBUL subscribers traveling in the EU will receive SMS notifications with information on roaming prices.

As of July 1, GLOBUL will also activate the GPRS roaming safe limit of BGN 117.35 (EUR 60) in accordance to EU regulations. The safe limit will be automatically activated to all residential subscribers of the operator that have active roaming service and that had not stated explicitly that they do not want the limit activated for their numbers by July 1. Subscribers can lift the GPRS roaming safe limit at any time and free of charge by dialing *124# and choosing option 4 from the menu.

GLOBUL clients with activated GRPS roaming safe limit will receive notification SMS when they reach 80% and 100% of the limit, respectively. Subscribers may opt to continue using GPRS in roaming by dialing *124# and choosing option 3 from the menu; otherwise the GPRS service will be disabled automatically upon reaching 100% of the limit.

Presently, GLOBUL has roaming agreements with over 400 operators in some 180 countries and territories across the globe.

All prices are VAT inclusive.
