On Saturday, December 15, Bansko holds the next edition of a truly grand party, which has already turned into a celebrated tradition – the official Grand Opening of the new Ski Season 2012 – 2013. As usual, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko and its friendly staff stay at the epicenter of this exciting first winter event. The winter resort’s most elite hotel will accomodate official guests and VIPs.
The festivities will start with the super popular race “Beat The Champions”, where any amateur skier could try to beat the time of three ski legends who will race first – super champion Marc Giradelli, Bulgarian All-time best Petar Popangelov and… the Herminator himself – Austrian legend Herman Maier who comes to Bulgaria for the very first time.
The next attraction will be the game “Treasure Hunters”, which was a blast in 2012! In that game hundreds of fans can literally dig for great rewards from underneath the snow, including a brand new Audi A1!
Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko also contributes a solid set of rewards for the passionate Bulgarian winter sports fans: one weekend at Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko, one weekend at Kempinski Kitzbuhel, a spa voucher for 2 , plus a voucher for dinner in the famous Come Prima restaurant.
Meanwhile, on December 14-15 the hotel will host a test drive of the brand new Porsche Cayenne GTS exclusively for its guests. During this memorable weekend the Kempinski guests can enjoy authentic Japanese specialties and experience an incredible show taking place at unique Sushi Bar & Teppanyaki Grill of the hotel, where highly skilled Asian chefs are preparing a combination of exotic delights.
This year the VIP Ski Pass will be available again only to Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko guests. It guarantees them a direct private access to the cabin lift and avoids queuing. The Kempinski guests have the time to savor a
lavish breakfast and then to go skiing but being first on the slopes.
There is no better way to end the weekend- Piano Bar Sing Sing is in the limelight and the gathering place during the ski season with amazing live performances and a spirited atmosphere.
As usual, the winter fun at Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko never ends!
