Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is a proud winner of three international accolades – “Bulgaria’s Best Ski Hotel” by World Ski Awards, “Bulgaria’s Best Lifestyle Hotel” by World Travel Awards and “Bulgaria’s Best Hotel Spa” by World Spa Awards. The online votes were cast by high-end travellers, executives, tour operators and media from around the world who have chosen the brands that have performed exceptionally over the last year. In 2020 the Gala ceremony was conducted online.
Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko was again in the spotlight of the World Ski Awards and has been crowned as “Bulgaria’s Best Ski Hotel” for the seventh time. The most prestigious awards organisation in the world aims to drive up standards within the ski industry by rewarding the organisations that are leaders in their field. This is an extremely important recognition for the hotel, since it brings awareness to the ski destination and the brand. Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort and is the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in the area, ideally positioned right across the Gondola lift station that gives access to 75 kilometers of ski runs groomed at high international level, suitable for all skiers.

The modern Kempinski The Spa has also earned its well-deserved award for “Bulgaria’s Best Hotel Spa” for the fifth consecutive year. World Spa Awards was established in response to the overwhelming demand for a programme that was fair and transparent. Its mission is to serve as the definitive benchmark of excellence, and to help foster a new era of growth in spa tourism.
