The new leaders in the business and their ideas will become popular in the third edition of the competition Next Generation. It’s conducted by “Pari” Newspaper with the partnership of Market trend – City College/University of Sheffield and Deloitte Bulgaria.
Part in the competition can take managers and entrepreneurs under the age of 35 with management experience and leadership potential. The competent jury will evaluate the career development, the successes on the current position and the contribution to innovative and social projects, financial results and business vision of the candidates. There will be representatives from the University of Sheffield, the British council in Bulgaria, Confederation of Employers and entrepreneurs in Bulgaria, Deloitte Bulgaria and Job Tiger.
Except Next Generation Manager 2011, there will be distinguished also winners in the categories Next Generation Manager in the corporate field and Next Generation entrepreneur. For the first time the winner in the competition will obtain a scholarship for education in the Executive MBA program for managers in City College/University of Sheffield, ranked among the 20-est best British universities.
The candidates should meet the following criteria:
- – age under 35 turned years
- – to be on a manager position in company or run their own business
- – to have minimum 2 years working experience on management position
- – for the EMBA scholarships – to have excellent English level and to have bachelor’s degree
