Bansko, 29 October, 2020: Incredible culinary temptations await all gourmet lovers, who will visit Come Prima Restaurant at Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko. From October 30 to November 15, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy an exclusive menu with Bulgarian white and black truffles. The dishes prepared by chef Nikola Todorov and his international team will combine local organic products with sophisticated international cuisine.
This time of year is the peak season of the world’s most expensive ingredient. Such truffle festivals are a long tradition in the hotel, and each time the feedback from visitors has been excellent. Since the taste of this fragrant delicacy combines perfectly with many products, guests will be able to enjoy a variety of recipes. The menu that will be offered at Come Prima Restaurant will include dishes such as brown butter sea scallops, truffle and celeriac risotto, whole roasted baby chicken fillet, lardo wrapped asparagus and poached egg and others, each including white or black truffle, upon guest’s wish.
