It provides the students with an excellent opportunity for training, gaining of valuable practical experience, career start and prospects for a development in a leading financial institution. We are as flexible as possible about the starting date, the internship duration and working hours, because we do realize that the students should be able to combine it successfully with their education and we support them in that. Every year dozens of young people join our teams and later many of them continue working for us. We accept that fact as recognition for the excellent working environment that we create for our employees and interns, and that the young people see huge career opportunities in the company. We expect motivated students to join our strong team all year round, so that we can walk together the road of success," Postbank commented.
