The 2nd Premier Gastronomy Festival is about to end, with France and Greece being the themed countries this weekend. On Friday 15.11, the famous Chef Dimo Dimov, who worked in the 3-Michelin stars “Crocodile” restaurant in France, has prepared an exquisite menu that will be accompanied by unique French wines. An after-dinner cognac tasting will be the perfect ending for the French night. On Saturday 16.11, a special Greek breakfast corner will be waiting all guests for “Kalimera” (Good morning). Later in the afternoon, the Chefs Club of Greece will do live cooking of one traditional Greek recipe and guests will then compete in a herb identification competition. A highly-acclaimed sommelier will introduce the Greek wines to the audience, with a special seminar and in the evening there will be degustation dinner prepared by the Chefs Club of Greece, with traditional recipes and products from Greece.
