Following the successful 2025 edition, which brought together more than 700 participants from Bulgaria and abroad, the Realto Group International Conference returns in 2026 with an expanded international programme focused on the future of business, growth and professional development.
One of this year’s programme highlights will be Duncan Stevens, behavioural psychologist and international expert in communication, influence and human performance. In his two-part session, “Trust, Influence and Leadership in the Age of Change,” he will explore how trust, influence and human skills can become a competitive advantage in an environment of constant change.
The programme will also feature Massimo Forte, international real estate coach, consultant and trainer with extensive experience across European markets. His session, “The Future of the Brokerage Profession: High-Performance Teams and Strategies for Success,” will focus on the evolution of the profession and the strategies behind successful teams and organisations.
